By accessing or using Zentrow CRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Zentrow CRM is a Meta Lead Management CRM that helps authorized business users connect Meta lead sources, capture and synchronize leads, assign them to team members, record contact activity, and manage statuses and follow-ups.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must only connect Meta/Facebook assets that you are authorized to manage.
- You must collect, access, contact, and otherwise use customer lead data lawfully and respectfully.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information entered into your organization account.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or disrupt the platform.
4. Account and organization access
Access may be limited by user role, organization, permissions, or account status. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their authorized users. Pandssa Web Media may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, legal requirements, or a material violation of these terms.
5. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party services such as Meta/Facebook APIs and OneSignal notifications. Availability of those functions may depend on the third-party service, and your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
6. Data and privacy
You remain responsible for your organization's instructions and lawful use of leads and customer information. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, and deletion requests are described on the Data Deletion page.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Functions may change as the product, connected services, or applicable requirements evolve.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pandssa Web Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
