How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to website.pandssa@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request - Zentrow CRM.
Include these details
- Your registered email address.
- Your company or organization name.
- The type of data you want deleted, such as account data, lead data, or Meta connection data.
- Any additional information that helps us identify your account.
What we delete
After verification, we may delete or anonymize CRM account data, user records, Meta connection tokens, selected page/form information, and related lead data associated with the verified account, unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Meta/Facebook data removal
You can also remove Zentrow CRM access from your Facebook/Meta account through your Facebook settings. After access is removed, Zentrow CRM will no longer be able to fetch new lead data from that connected source.
Processing time
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership.
